Our desire is to share the good news of the Gospel through the Bible with every child, and encourage them to have a personal relationship with Jesus. Team members have the opportunity to teach and spend time investing in the future of the Church. Refuge Kids  includes the Littles (crawlers - 5y) classroom and the Kids (6y-5th grade) Classroom.
Refuge Youth
Middle and High School students are not just the future of the church, they are the church. Our desire for Refuge Youth is to impact the faith and lives of the next generation.
Guest Services
Guest Services exists to make sure everyone who enters RBC's doors feels welcomed, at home, and has a clear idea of how to navigate our Church campus. Team members are on the frontlines helping people get started at the church through smiles, welcomes, and other small gestures that change hearts.
Keeping our church property a safe and secure environment is essential. The security team at RBC seeks to ensure that everyone attending services onsite can have peace of mind about their property and personal safety from the parking lot to the Sanctuary. The security team is highly trained to respond to all emergent situations should they arise.
The hospitality ministry is dedicated to the small environmental details that make RBC feel like home. We believe that through authentic and friendly acts of service, people will feel the love of God at our church. Our goal is to meet the practical needs of people as they enter and participate in services at RBC.
We exist to worship the Lord. Our goal is to teach, model, and engage in the presence of God through music and our gifts. Our desire is to enter into God's presence through our praise and worship individually and corporately.
Media & Tech Crew
The Media and Tech crew work behind the scenes to ensure that our services run smoothly and are accessible to all. In our current environment, it is essential to have a solid team attending to the audio and visual functions of the church. This team covers all sound, slide, and video capturing and output.
Set-Up & Tear-Down
The goal of the Set-Up and Tear-Down teams is to ensure that the church property is well-maintained, attractive, safe, and functional for every service we host onsite. This team makes sure everything is clean and in place so there are no hindrances to people arriving to church and the ability of the church to function smoothly and effectively.
